Mountain Properties has been the most stable of the real estate offices in Pine Mountain, with the same broker (Gary Wilson) for 13 years. I may not be totally neutral on the subject but I also feel that we have the most professional, technically competent and friendly staff in our area.
Our coffee pot is usually brewing and since your cell phones don't work here (YET?) you're welcome to use my telephone if you need to make a call.
We also have an indoor rest room that you're welcome to use. Most folks that visit seem to appreciate our facilities after the long drive, especially the children.
In most cases, I don't think that you'll find that our mountain community real estate agents are as aggressive as city agents frequently seem to be. Since we are such a small community buyers become our neighbors and frequently our friends. Sellers have frequently been acquaintances or friends for years.
So drop into the office, ask for Karen, and I'll be happy to show you around or just give you a local map and a printout of homes for sale so that you can take a look around yourselves.
