Pinon Pines
 A small planned development located within
Cuddy Valley; yet with a distinctly less rural feeling than the community of Cuddy Valley itself.
In general Pinon Pines has good sized lots with loads of Pinon Pines, nice views and paved roads. Homes vary greatly in size, from small weekend cabins to large full time homes.
Their association is mainly to organize road maintenance, snow plowing and water. There are no recreation facilities.
A few existing homes and lots are generally available for re-sale. Easy freeway access but yet great country living.
